Ok – let’s get started. You will need: whiskey, fresh mint, sugar,
Sugar cube in a glass, about 10- 12 leaves of fresh mint, a little splash of whiskey (good ole southern Bourbon if you have it) to wet the sugar cube. Then break up the sugar cube and mix with the mint, (the courseness of the sugar is going to help break up the mint and aid in releasing its oils. So far so good. Add crushed ice to the top of your glass and then add in whiskey to taste. Stir to chill – and there you go!
