We’re going to show you how to make really crispy baked tortilla chips. These are a delicious snack on their own or served with a salsa and
guacamole or anything for that matter. And we’re going to bake them instead of frying them so that you don’t have to feel an ounce of guilt when your eating them.
They can either be flour tortillas or corn tortillas but we are using flour today. You’re gonna need some chili powder,some smoky ground cumin, salt and pepper and a little bit of olive oil spray or vegetable spray any kind or you can either use some vegetable oil and just brush it on. It’s that simple.
First thing you wanna do is get your oven preheated to 350. Now the thing to remember here is that to ensure the crispiness of the chips, you must put everything on one single layer, so you might need a couple baking sheets for this but that shouldn’t be that much of a big deal.
